We will provide a questionnaire and assessment to better understand how to set appropriate short and long term fitness goals. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible sharing your concerns and ideas with us. We’re here to guide you closer to your ideal fitness level. Performance 360 offers an exclusive technological aid: Body Scanning. Our cutting-edge Body Scanner works with our trainers to provide a breakdown of your body structure and is wonderful for tracking fitness improvement. It is just like stepping on a scale. The Body Scanner takes a virtual 360-degree snapshot of you. It detects posture and alignment characteristics, fat and muscle composition and takes several specific measurements. It’s nonintrusive, yet enlightening for you and your trainer. You will also receive a comprehensive report to explore and use as a reference point.
